What is your approach?

I want you to look at your photos and see yourselves in them. Your true selves. People are different; they love differently, they laugh differently. In my portrait sessions, I aim to capture who you are in this season of your life. Are you just graduating high school and full of anticipation for the future? Are you a family of 3 with one on the way, full of hope and life? Are you newly engaged and excited to capture how in love you are? That's where I come in. I am not super posey and I create organic moments that reflect who you are.

How do we book you for our session?

A non-refundable retainer of 40% of the package and a signed contract are required to book your date. The remaining balance is due 1 day before your session. I take payments online but also accept Venmo or a check.

How will we get our photos?

Both the full sessions and mini sessions include your ready-to-print digital files. These photos will be delivered via an online gallery and you'll be able to download, print, and upload your photos to social media.

How many photos will we get?

75-130 for full sessions, 20-40 for mini sessions.

How long will it take to get our photos back?

The photos will be delivered to you no later than 1 month from the session date. That being said, I always try to get photos delivered as soon as possible!

Do you backup your photos?

Yes! It's super important to me that your photos are backed up. Technology is always unpredictable, so I like to have your photos in 2-3 different places.

What to you recommend for locations?

It definitely depends on what type of session it is. I always suggest choosing a place that means something to you. For families, I always suggest shooting in your home if you have a lot of natural light. This is where you spend most of your time as a family and where most of your memories are made. For seniors or engagement sessions, I would love to talk to you about your interests, the kind of location you have in mind, and your ideas to come up with a great location that works for you!

What if we are super awkward in front of the camera?

I get it, I hate having my photo taken. It definitely feels super awkward. But I try to make it as comfortable as possible. I direct a lot and always have you moving. Having something to do definitely takes your mind off of a camera in your face. I promise, after the first 10 minutes of feeling awkward, you will have fun and it'll be painless!
