Hannah and Michael’s wedding was at their beautiful family’s property on Lake Charlevoix in East Jordan, MI. The lake was the backdrop for the whole day and their dog, Bailey, was the star of the show, wandering the property and saying hi to the guests. It made the whole day feel so relaxed and intimate. We did portraits out in the field, which gave that classic Northern Michigan feel. My favorite touch of the day was that the couple wrote personal letters to each of the guests to read as they sat down for dinner. The toasts were incredibly emotional and beautiful and the night ended with a bonfire and family style dinner.
